I had a dream last night that I was floating down the S Fork Snoqualmie and I was checking out all the surprisingly large fish and good holding areas. I t was a cool dream. Now I want to go fishing. I looked and the flow is quite low. Would it be a complete waste of time, as far as catching goes, to go fishing or would it simply be about enjoying the great outdoors?

I like your dream but am having difficulty understanding your question!
It's always a complete waste of time, often involves natural beauty...and?

go fish, man

It would only be a complete waste of time as regards catching fish. Your enjoyment of the great outdoors shouldn't be too likely to be interrupted by a rude fish grabbing your offering. Hell, it's still winter up there. Smart fish are under a rock somewhere. Hard to deliver an effective presentation to that location.

Jim,
You already wasted enough time posting your question, why don't you go float the S Fork ? I'd be willing to bet you'll find the definitive answer to your question there, for yourself. Be sure to post back, though, and tell us how it went...:thumb:

Well I had a dream that I was with a really awesome and quite good looking chick last night, and although I live in Juneau, and it might be as worthless trying to find a girl like that here as a monster fish in the S fork snoq, it won't stop me from trying!
