Might want to read the article on my web page before you go, it's called "The Icicle Debacle". No idea what the current flows are, although you should be able to check that online...

Easy fishing.
Small costal cutts and rainbows. A size 16 elk hair caddis or adams parachute does the job. There is a great stretch at the junction of Mountaineer Creek and Rat Creek so be sure to look on the map and check em out.

Have fun!

Cameron, I am also headed to Leveanworth on Friday (to float the Wenatchee River) and plan on fishing Icicle Creek on Sunday morning.

I have fished a few times upstream from the hatchery and the private land. You have to travel about 4 or 5 miles from Leavenworth before you start getting into public access spots, which are fairly numerous. As was mentioned earlier, the fish are not large. The biggest I've caught is a 12" cutthroat, but it can be a fun place to fish, and is about the only open water in that area.

The current flow is about 350 cfs. Here's the website I use to reference flow data: http://www.americanwhitewater.org/gauges/id/6473/

Have fun! :)
