Had the opportunity to escape the house for the afternoon and spent the time fishing Lenice. Lots of tiny chironomids coming off when I started and once I got the depth figured out, that's what worked for me. Eventually I lost the bite and fished a damsel in shallow to see if it would get noticed. Two fish decided to check it out. A couple more ate my leech as I trolled back to the launch. Steady breeze all afternoon but not obnoxious. I didn't take a water temp but my feet estimated mid-upper 50's.

Thanks for the report. Even in March, I would pump fish with an occasional damsel nymph in their bellies. They really should be moving here shortly if the weather stays warm. 2 weeks ago it was 10-12 feet deep with blood worms for me.
