Thanks to a post on the Moldy Chum blog I was introduced to this excellent interview of David James Duncan in an Oregon based magazine "1859". Duncan gives his insights on the status of salmon and tells why he withdrew his connection with the movie bearing the name of his book "The River Why".

Don, I agree, an "Excellent interview!" Thanks for alerting me to it. The book, "The River Why?" by David James Duncan is a "good read."
