Looking For Inflatable

RIB or similar tender, small for quick jaunts out of Bay to drop/pull crab traps. Outboard considered, but not required. Gear rich, cash poor, prefer trades if possible. I have kayaks, fly rods, reels, maybe even something out of the gun safe for the right boat.

Load up my inbox, thanks.

Maybe I should just fab up a motor mount for my cataraft...

Or a pot puller on a kayak.

There was a guy on another forum who successfully shrimped off his yak last year. Just used a buoy system as a puller if I recall

Ken could put one on for probably less than what you could do it yourself. I was thinking of putting my Merc 8 HP 4 stroke long shaft for sale again. One downside for you is I'm not really looking to trade anything.

I've seen an outboard on a Cat just like yours (and mine), seemed to do well. I bet you could rig up a puller off the frame too. There's your boat!

Ah-hum!
I had an 8' Livingston out in the sound that took some beating and could haul a couple pots...I'm always seeing them for sale as well as a few 10' ones.
Good luck Ed

You still looking for a drift boat kicker? I may be looking to power up from my 8 Mercury HP long shaft.
