Thanks for the message Tim. I typically fish single handed 9ft 8 weight rods so I was really looking for the 8-10, so I am going to have to pass.

Adam, I'm big into my loop Evotec reels and can tell you that the only different between the 8-10'and the 9-13 is the inside diameter of the spool. The 9-13 having a smaller diameter which allows it to hold more backing and the larger diameter line. The weight of the 8-10 is 247 grams, while the 9-13 is 247 grams. If your really looking for a better fit to your 8wt rod I would look at a 7-9 with a weight of 225 grams. If your in the Seattle area better yet the norther Kipsap peninsula area I can show you all 3. By the way the 8-10 spool is interchangeable with the 9-13.
