You might be looking at the pods of suckers? Muskies don't really pod up, but they do hang out near each other. A lot of times when you find one there will be a few more in the area. Mitch is a cool dude, he lives and breaths this stuff. Every time I've fished this lake, which was quite a bit this year, he's there. He no shit fishes muskies like every day, at least in the summer.
