Nice to see similar ideas come around again. I tied bloodworms like this with the original liqui-lace about 25 years ago. They work very well and look a lot like the natural.

John, what are your thoughts on UV coating vs SHHN--thinking here specifically if you've noticed any impact on catch rates (either positive or negative). Thanks.
Haven't really noticed any difference positive or negative. For patterns I'm going to fish myself I use Deer Creek Fine UV with SHHN over top. What the UV does is fill in any mini peaks and valleys and Sally just gives me security if I've rushed the UV light at all. Rubbing alcohol can be used in place of SHHN if one so chooses.
