If you mean the lower Stilly, I fished a mile or two up from the estuary on Sunday looking for chums. I think my timing was bad, I got there about noon and most people were leaving then. A couple fly guys said they had found some fish in the deeper runs. I found a few laying up behind a big log with no easy way to cast to them, I think the low tide had eliminated the deep runs. I gave up and made my way upstream to the confluence. Quite a few (50+) gear guys out at the park. Saw quite a few caught but none on the fly. I tried for an hour a little ways downstream from the big confluence pool and lost a bunch of flies on snags but no hook-ups.

It's supposed to rain for the next week!
