I fish the klickatat almost every weekend, for steelhead, and soon King salmon. The far upper reaches of the river is on the Yakima Indian Res. So fishing that part of the river you have to get a permit to do it. The really good news is you don't have to go up thier, the fishing is good from Stinson flats down to the mouth. I haven't fished the Wind or White Salmon rivers so I can't help you their, sorry.
