My Beulah Platinum 7wt Switch for your 6wt?

Hello all,

I'm hoping to find someone that might want to trade their 6wt Beulah Switch for my 7wt. I'm in no hurry whatsoever, in fact I just bought the rod from a member on here about two weeks ago. It is in mint condition, and has never been fished (only lawn cast). Pictures available upon request.

The only reason I'm looking to trade is because I'm finding that the 7wt might just be a little bit more power than I need. I'm mostly doing SRC/trout fishing with the occasional light salmon work. I think the 7wt is a true "short spey", whereas the action on the 6wt is faster and lends itself to better overhand casting (and, as I suck at spey casting, I could see appreciating having better overhand options.) A visit to the Beulah website will outline the differences between the two rods.

So if anyone feels like upgrading, drop me a line. I'm willing to entertain other trade offers, but I really do have my heart set on the 6wt Platinum. Beulah rods are awesome - this one is just a bit too much rod for me.
