Hey guys.
I received my new tackle. A Beulah Spy 12'6", 6wt.
The line an Elixir Beulah Spey Taper 380gr 32? for 6/7.
3 Poly leader Airflo, Floating, Intermediate and an Extra Super Fast Sinking. 14ft and the last one 10ft.
Any opinions, experience about these weapons here?
Thanks in advance.

Not familiar w/ that rod. I have a Beulah switch and both elixir and tonic lines. If you throw much big stuff, you might consider picking up a tonic line. Beulah makes nice stuff, particularly at that price point. Enjoy.

congrats on your new acquisition, Patagon. I think you'll find it to be a fun, relaxed, and smooth sort of rod. Once you get your loop going OK, don't be afraid to hit it with some smooth acceleration on the forward stroke. Beulahs will surprise you with what they have at the bottom end of the blank, dig in!
regards,
Bob
