I'm going to have to replace my Bottom Line Fishing Buddy.
I don't want to spend more than $200.00 + .
I don't want to have a unit mounted on my little boat full time.
I like having side plus down scan.
Give me some ideas, Thanks

I heard that since Humminbird bought out Bottom Line they improved the POS fishing Buddy (learned my lesson, it only took 3 tries). That would be the only side scan option for around $200. Lowrance & Humminbird make side scanning units but they are around $500-600. There are suction brackets and easily removable brackets available.
