So im new to the spokane area and my girlfriends family has a place on newman lake so are going to be up the these next few weeks and i was wondering what to do? i have a 5wt with floating line and i have a good mix of flies with some poppers, i just got a pontoon boat so i was thinking about trolling for trout but if you have any better suggestions i would really appreciate it

Bass and pan fish galore and an occasional tiger muskie. The pan fish are a ball on dries at night. Work the poppers near the lily pads to get the bass. Fish into the night.
