How many of you have them? Have you ever been checked by law enforcement running a suppressor or SBR for your tax stamp?

I just sent in my first Form 4 Transfer. The entire process is a joke.

No I have never been checked... but, I do keep several copies around with me, In my wallet and in my truck.
I like to play by the rules.

I do agree that the proses is a bit silly. It is what it is. I had to wait 10 months for a tax stamp...

I will most likely do it again. I think I will get and Ar pistol, then put in for an sbr stamp. At least while I wait I can still do some shooting.

It is definitely ridiculous on principle. My local FFL does all the paperwork and fingerprinting, which makes that part tolerable. The wait is just dumb. The redundancy is dumb.

What is the word on the safe hearing act? Anyone have any insight on it, is it even real? I have wanted a can for a 22 for a long time, but having to wait nearly a year for a stamp has kept me from doing it.

The Hearing Protection Act is real, but I'm fairly certain it got punted to a congressional committee for review and will likely sit their for eternity.
