Nfr Hitch Cargo Carrier

I am starting to sell some stuff from my father-in-laws estate. All proceeds go to his widow. This is a brand new aluminum trailer hitch, cargo hauler with ramp, made for an electric scooter or wheelchair but could be used for anything. Recently purchased at Harbor Freight . It was assembled and installed on the truck but never used before he passed.
