I was wondering if anyone on here has fished the Pack before, I just found out my cousin has 2000ft of river frontage. looks like it could be some good fishing and defiantly good access. thanks

I haven't fished it much, but I hear the upper pack is okay. I might be heading there today to fish in that region.

I'm curious as to what "defiantly good access" is? Sounds pretty hard core to me!

Fishing is generally pretty poor. To give you an indication, it is 2 minutes from my house, I have all the access I could ever want and I fished it only a handful of three times last year when I was very very bored. the most interesting Pack catch of mine from last year was a 12 inch pikeminnow. That's right...a pikeminnow. Not too thrilling.


During April timeframe it can be fished with spotty success for large bows coming out of the lake to spawn but even then it is very hit and miss.
