Done. Heads up that it is a two step sequence (at least it was for me). After you enter your personal contact info and hit the sign button, a second page requesting you to validate the info and sign again comes up. You will know you've successfully completed the process when it returns "Thank You" and shows the total number of signatures to date. I'm no. 36,084. This number better grow a bunch if it's going to get their attention.

Here's an opportunity for you Gen X and Millennials to show off your social media and art of persuasion skills!

Interesting remarks on the hunting forum.

Do note that the Govm't (USFS) has been doing this sort of thing (swaps) with abutting timber ownership for some time. I am still trying to figure out what happened to the St Joe Nat Forest--the river you love? Thought it was a Google Maps screw up. The FS always hated those alternating sections of public property.
