Fished Sinclair inlet this morning near downtown Port Orchard on the incoming tide.
No fish for me - but they're there. Fished sparse and smallish chartreuse patterns on a slow strip retrieve off of a floater and struck out, but did see schools of what looked like chum passed by intermittently (as in maybe every 5 minutes or so) most of which were a bit beyond my casting range even when wading deep.
The only other fisherman I saw, trolling back and forth in a boat, didn't appear to be getting any fish either.
