We actually fished Rinehart to Ringer, a stretch that I've never floated before. It was awesome.

When were leaving, a guy showed us a cell phone picture of a 10lb steelhead that he'd caught that day. It was an amazing fish!

I too had a couple bows like that today from the pines spot, back to back in five minutes and then for the rest of the day nothin - can't complain though, definitely made the drive from seattle worth it for some late season action.

How was the float, any news to report on river obstructions?

A couple of sweepers in that section, but no real blockages. Lots of good water in there.

Looking forward to another one of those 'open seat' opportunities!
