Done. yesterday Yeah, I'm a procrastinator. I got reminded a couple of weeks ago when I watched a WDFW officer "educating" a crabber on the regs.

Card? What card? Oh yeah, now I remember... whew! We don't need one for out here on the coast. That's just for Puget Sound, etc. I think I kept three last year. Two were a "by catch" while fishing for surf perch from the beach, and one was nabbed while fishing off the jetty. I might get a pot or two this year, and start dropping 'em in the Harbor.
