I just did a site search and didn't see a thread yet. A bunch of permanent Puget Sound drainage trib closures this year for ESA. Anything not listed on Page 32 of the regs is Closed. Me thinks there may have been some tribs overlooked that would not impact anadromous or non-anadromous ESA fish.
