I love mine, got the replaceable tip version as the tips get hammered fast if you abuse them.
FinLuvers mention about decreasing the heat will make life more awesome.
I love mine for removing errant fibers that escape my grasp when finishing a head AND this is a great tool for burning a corner in a Bong or pipe bowl, minimal fire and it burns clean. (Warning, using as a smoking tool will decrease the life of the tip, buy extras.)

...although I've never used it as a smoking tool.:rolleyes:

I used mine on occasion, mostly to just clean up errant fibers. It works great for that purpose. I suggest the replacement tip model as mentioned, I had the non-replacement head model and one day it just died, thus of no further value.
