For sale is one of my favorite fly reels of all time, the Redington Brakewater, 11/12 wt. This reel was used primarily for fresh water spey fishing for steelhead in the Pacific Northwest. I am selling as I simply have way too much gear. Reel shows some cosmetic signs on the exterior only from many years of dependable use. I did not catch a lot of fish on it but that is another matter!... Reel mechanics are solid and tight. Drag works flawlessly and will stop a larger fish up to 80 lbs. Check out the nice Giant Trevally I landed on this reel on Christmas Island. This reel rocked and performed flawlessly!
