Hey friends! As the message feed states, I am relatively new to the Spokane area, having lived in Coeur d'Alene prior. I grew up fly fishing in Colorado, moved to Oregon for college and fished many of the amazing rivers there. I'm looking for suggestions for decent fly fishing rivers/streams/creeks in Eastern Washington (yes, I know the Spokane river is GREAT and relatively un-fished) that are within a 2 hour drive from Spokane. I know of amazing fly fishing in Idaho, but really want to remain within state lines so I don't have to pay out of state fees.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I'm also in Spokane. I like the Kettle River, little Spokane out towards 9 Mile Falls. Lakes are plentiful. Any of the lakes you can get on in Medical Lake fish well. Liberty Lake, Newman Lake, and Bear lake are all close and easy access. Just make sure you have a Discovery pass.
