Hey, guys, does anyone have any experience with the Watermaster two-person raft? Reason I'm asking is at some point I may purchase a travel trailer, which would eliminate our ability to haul the Clacka. This two-man raft looks like something I might be interested in. What are the Watermaster limitations that you've found?

Alex-I have had the same problem. For years I've had a pretty big camper so I can tow my drift boat on camping trips. My wife is talking about needing more room and a trailer may be in our future as well. I have tried the one man Watermaster and am impressed with it. If I were you I would look at the new Scadden boats with the one piece bow. (Google Northfork Outdoors) My brother has one and it works really well for one man, and with a frame, it is just like my two man Scadden pontoon. Easy to transport and the biggest advantage over the Watermaster is the ability to stand up to cast, especially if you are fishing a lake. Mounting an electric motor is also an easy option for lake fishing. Rick

Thanks, Rick; I took a look, and yes, they're very interesting!! We have Outcast pontoons now, but I don't think they'd be any good on moving water at all. Looks like the Scadden `toons are head and shoulders over our Outcasts!
