Not sure about length. Guessing 6-6.5'.
Budget is low.
I can get Caviness for about $80 per pair new.

I have a pair of Sawyer SST that the first owner of my Renegade upgraded to. They are two piece model, would need to measure them but I think they are only slightly longer then factory oars. I think they were $175 brand new, would like to get $100 plus ship. Where are you located?
