Does anyone know if the Scotty rail adapter works on the Outcast frames? It says it will fit a 1" round rail, but it seems that the Outcast tubing is larger than 1". I have a PAC 900 frame. Any experiance out there?

I had a Scotty mounted on my Outcast Fishcat Panther tubing, seemed to work just fine to me.

You can do it, but you will need longer bolts and the 2 pieces of the frame clamp will not meet - not a problem though

Yeah the package said I would need longer bolts, good to know they fit on the tubes. Thanks

I was going to buy this one and was the one in question.

But then I saw this one on the outcast and scotty sites.
So is this what everyone is using.

I used the top one because it was in stock at the store I was shopping in. Longer bolts were already in my garage so I was good to go. Either should work fine for your toon once you get it in place at a location that suits you.

You need an Scotty Rod Hold with an 1 1/4" rail mount.
