I just posted my excellent condition Prijon SeaYak sea kayak on Craiglist.

I'd possibly consider a trade for a 8-9' higher end pontoon boat like a Skookum or similar.
The kayak's a great boat for overnight, shorter multi-day trips, and day paddling. I fished from it a bit and it's just as you'd expect a sea kayak to be....
