Wild Fish Conservancy is hosting a dinner & presentation at the Steelhead Diner in Seattle next Friday evening (May 14th). A 4-course gourmet dinner with wine and beer included. One of their scientists will be presenting the results of two years of research in Clayoquot Sound, B.C. I've seen some of the data. Very nice science, and the results are startling and compelling. If you are interested in the latest science around this issue, you can reserve a seat at the table at

Don't know if they have been invited or not, but anyone is welcome. The net pen operators are aware of the research though. Audrey presented data in B.C. a few months ago to the locals and tribes, and the fish farmers flew a few of their people up from California for the presentation.
