I have not used this one in a few years..."my dog at my regs and the local flyshop doesn't have any"...can someone tell me if it is legal to even hold a rod on the Skagit April 6th? If so am I to late to try to catch a steelhead?

Skagit is open for C&R steelhead fishing from the Dalles bridge in Concrete upstream. And April is prime time for the nates if the river levels cooperate

I used to know it all---but now that I'm older I seem to forget it all.

It's open until the 30th of April from the Dalles Bridge at Concrete to Bacon Creek And the Sauk is open also from the mouth to the Bridge at Darrington. Same dates.
