The Sky is going to open June 1st for salmon and all game fish from the mouth, confluence with the Snoq., to 1000' below Reiters and from 1500' above Reiters to the forksl.

Hatchery Chinook can be taken from the mouth of the Sky to the mouth of the Wallace river.

It is probably going to be a crowd on the opener but maybe not. There should be some summer steelhead in there along with some springers.

Nice....decoy? Where are you really going? :clown:
I can wait until the 5h of Jume and then start looking for summer runs on the ????????!

A lot of times I don't know where I'm going until I get there!! I head out for one spot and then change my mind and take a turn and endup somewhere else all together!! Heck I've started out with the intent of fishing for steelhead and ended up fishing for brookies near Easton!!

Sky on the opener----- expect a crowd big time.
in the old days we would fish up high, cause there were fish all the way up back then.
now, i dont know. i guess dodge the sleds and try to find some quiet water.
I've never flyfished for Chinook before. So what do you use, the same stuff as steelhead or a big Gob of Eggs fly?
