I've been living on the East Coast for a while, but I'm eagerly anticipating a trip home to PNW paradise. Is it true that the Sky system is closed to all fishing?!

Enjoy the fishing for the next couple months because it closes again the first of September and re-opens again the first of November.

If that is not confusing enough maybe next year the days the river will be open will determined by some combination of whether the month is odd or even and whether the day of the week has an "R" or not.
