Headed over the Pass on Sunday for a day of fishing or floating the Yakima or other system in Central/Eastern WA this Sunday?

I-90 east of Snoqualmie Pass to close temporarily Sunday morning for tree removal

The Washington State Department of Transportation will close Interstate 90 at 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 19 to remove trees east of the Snoqualmie Pass Summit. Eastbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 66 near the Price Creek area and westbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 70 near Easton. Depending on the work, the closure could last as long as three hours.

Eastbound drivers will be able to access services at exit 54 and westbound drivers will be able to access services between exits 71 and 70.

Wow, thanks for the heads up. Might have to change my plans and head somewhere else. Or is this a diversionary tactic like rattlesnakes and ticks!?
Appreciate that!
