Roll your own. I just finished one 14' long rated for 9/10 weight lines. Total cost < $150.00. I used a Cabela's blank, grips and reel seat. The guides were from Anglers Workshop. There are lots of good books on rodmaking if you haven't done it in the past.

...not my neck of the woods, but I did mine via snail mail order at the businesses I mentioned. No problems at all.
