Hmmmmmm.... sounds like an adventure waiting to happen. Might have to wait till the next paycheck shows up though(money always helps). So maybe in bout two weeks or so...

Hey Tyler my dad, a couple of friends and I are going to be over at rocky ford this weekend. We will be fishing saturday, sunday and monday.

If you make it out to the ford say hello and maybe I will give you a pattern of the secret scud if you swear to secrecy. usually I end up with around 15 to 30 fish a day so I am sure we could find you a fish or three.

I took my cousin to rocky ford for the first time last fall and he was able to catch 4 and lose about that many and he only fly fishies about a half dozen times a year.

I will be wearing a green vest, a black stocking cap and fishing with a 7'6" 3wt. I am 16 and will probably be fishing with my cousin who is 17. Which I might add is a different cousin than mentioned before, he fly fishes a lot.:thumb

Ill be there friday through monday, and my buddy is joining me early saturday morning. He'll be there till monday as well. We'll be camping in the second lot. Ill be wearing a khaki vest, black fleece coat and probably camo rainpants. Oh, and ive got an 8ft rod that is yellow, ya really cant miss it, lol.

Last weekend was my buddie's first time and he landed one and lost five or six more just on sat.

Ill look for ya, im sure we'll run into eachother at some point. If not, look for the blazing fire along side a white jeep cherokee in lot two a little after dark. We can hang out and bs for a lil bit before doin some nite fishin!

Seems like the below town section of the Spokane river had been fishing decent, but it has really come up in the last couple of weeks. Anyone been out to Crab Creek lately?
