STH Fly Reel

Have an STH Rio Mar 6 fly reel. 1 of 3 prototypes I tried back in 1989. Not a big production of these. They made 3 sizes, this was the smallest. This reel has a 2:1 multiplier and anti-reverse. I used it in my guide service for a year with no problems. When they decided at the time that, for the then fly reel market, that it would have too high a price point to market, I got to keep the reel so I pulled it out of service and it has been in storage since. It is a great steelhead reel and comes with a leather and fleece reel case. The spool is milled aluminum stock and the back cover is stamped. There is some boat rash.
