Yeah the odds of catching one in fifteen fish in a lake that size is pretty slim. But there is still always a chance.

Went out today in the rain. I was fishing soft hackles just below the surface for the cruisers (had one take but broke off on the set) but the fish finder marked several large fish in the 25-30 ft depth range.

I don't think they stocked Lake Alice. We were out there the other day and saw no jumpers. Creekside says it's been stocked but the WDFW report says it has not been stocked. Who to believe?

the 8lbers have been there for awhile a couple months, but I believe the state put in another bunch of fish up to 5lbs I think, I've been getting into the fuzzy blunt noses lately and have seen large fish schooling up waiting for the 3 otters or the eagles to munch them.
