It's at 5:30? I heard 4. I'm up at 5:30. Might watch it. Lunar ones happen all the time. Don't usually go out of my way to watch them. I hear this one's supposed to be an extra special one, though.

I was about 60ish miles out in the Pacific during the big eclipse this last summer. It was odd looking around and feeling it was basically dusk , especially since we're never out on the ocean long enough to actually see dusk out there.

Cool thing was immediately after the eclipse, the albacore bite went WFO. For us, and everyone else who was out there. Lasted maybe an hour or two then slowed back down.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is.... Get out there and fish, it could be epic! :)

I fished that day as well. Crazy good fishing. Everyone I've talked to across many fisheries had massive success.
