wing - marabou olive
throat - calftail orange
collar - wood duck flank
topping - peacock herl

mash barb, wrap shank with non-tox, start thread, wrap to bend



measure (1/2 shank) 2 marabou feathers; tie in





tie in Estaz, wrap to within 1 eye width of eye





measure (tips to tail) 2 marabou feathers; tie in/trim





invert hook; measure(tips to hook point) a clump of calftail; tie in/trim





prep woodduck flank, tie in by tip, fold fibers with tip of scissors; wrap, tie off/trim







measure (tips to tail) some peacock herl



tie in/trim, whip finish, SHHAN
