Now that it is March I just checked the local forecast for the next 15 days and it is not good. Thirteen of the fifteen days project either rain or snow and fourteen of the days show below freezing temps at night. Snow totals are up to over 80'' by now and it has been snowing again this morning. Some forties and fifties with some warm sunshine are needed to break the curse. In 5 months we'll probably be stressing over the hottest driest summer ever-it's always sumthin'!

Well it's 38 here in Dillon. The sun is shining and there is no snow around. It's drying out so now the roads aren't one big mud puddle. I have to wait until tomorrow to get out. I need to buy a new license. Ran out of money last month. It's effective from the first of March.

But it's still below freezing in the morning. After all it's still winter here.
