Well, after being thoroughly rebuked over what I honestly thought was a "fishing-rights-issue" (instead of a politically inspired one), I discovered the earlier thread on the same intial subject matter started on 3-09-10 and closed by Chris on 3-10-10 and saw firsthand the inevitable decline into the morass of political opinion. This could be what happens when one fails to read every thread - in every post - every day I guess and may serve as another note of caution in the posting of "politically hysterical" subject matter.
As I was reading the original article, my focus was on the stated elements of the threats to sportfishing (us) and not on the political implications & accusations therein...my bad. I also note that it becomes increasingly difficult to seperate fact from fiction in this new age of insidious information overload, misinformation & spin imparted to everything we see and hear.
I promise to be more careful and thanks for your indulgence.
