Thank you for sharing. Always interesting to see regional or international styles of tying. One cool fly from the Southeast is the yaller hammer, named after the yellow-shafted (now northern) flicker. While traditionally tied with flicker feathers, it is now tied with dyed substitutes (see https://www.ourstate.com/yaller-hammer-fly-fishing/).

I also share an interest in regional fly creations and styles.
The Yeller Hammer does appear in one or more of the photos but in a different form than I have ever seen it before.

For a time, there was a fly pattern museum in Florence, Oregon. The gentleman who owned the museum didn't fish but he was into framing fine art. He originally lived in the East and moved to Florance to be with his daughter and grand kid.

He had some great original patterns he had framed. I'm not sure how he got them but he had flies tied by the old Catskill masters. I remember thinking the flies weren't really tied all that well but considering what they had to work with, I guess they were pretty good.

When the owner of the museum died, his daughter and son in law tried to keep it going but I'm not so sure they did... I haven't heard anything about the museum in years and years. Maybe the flies are now in Bryson City.
