I had a fellow board member ask me to post some pictures after my comments regarding a second eye in Sean Beauchamp's double nymph thread.

Here are a few pictures to show how I add the second eye. If you've seen in person how effective jigs under a float are for steelhead, you'll understand the use of the jig hook. The second eye is for attaching your dropper.

I already admitted I was a whore in Sean's thread.

Dustin,
I use both clinch and no slip loops on the dropper. I use a Palomar to connect the tie the top fly to my tippet.
