I need a smaller travel rod. My four piece 4 weight has been going on most flights with me, but I'm looking for something shorter. Maybe a 6 wt so I can throw dries and streamers. Any recommendations?
Ditto on the Redington 6 piece 5wt. Based on how my 3wt throws a 4wt line, I'd bet the 5 can throw a 6 fine also and may even prefer it. And it is convenient hiding in a day pack along with a reel and small chest pack.
