Victoria - Late September - Guide Recommendations?

Hey all - Looks as though I'll have some open time after a work trip up in Victoria in late September.

In doing a little browsing, it appears there are quite a few guides, so if anyone has any recommendations of a great guide they'd like to give a "shout-out" - I'd appreciate the insight.

Go Fish
I have only been to the Island once in 40 years. Won't go
again until they stop dumping untreated raw sewage
into the ocean, Yea I know they have been working on it
but for Nixons sake even TJ in Mexico treats their crap
before sending it out to sea. WTF is up with that. It's the
only major city on the West Coast that does that. Any fish
caught on the Straight is swimming and eating that...well
you know.
