I'm not willing to say who my wife and I voted for, for president. We took the election seriously and even contributed money. We cherish our right and responsibility to vote.

I am profoundly grateful to be an American. Now that this election is over, I "vote" to go fishing. I am free to pursue my passion; it's such a simple thing but I do not take it for granted. As Americans we are free and profoundly blessed.

Nicely done @MrP ! I think I'm going to join your club tomorrow, voting 'FISH ON!". Got my boat gassed up, going to hit a river nearby (and yes, there are a few places where I can still fish a river here in NCW)!

Good luck. There were tons of fish rising along the non-rip-rapped side last Friday. Some BIG one were coming up.

Warning, dumb questions ahead:

That's a hatchery brat, right?

And there are spots below the mid line...?

I've caught over a hundred steelies in my life, and have never seen spots below the mid line before. Weird...?

Didn't know you stooped to trout fishing Mr P. Off seasons are a drag.
