It should be a fishfly. I think the only dobsonfly (Corydalinae) genus in North America is Corydalus, and it's not that because the forewing lacks white spots. Given the size, that leaves the various fishflies as the only option. It can't be keyed to genus without some extremely good closeups of the fore wings and possibly also the hind wings, but the options are limited compared to other bugs like mayflies, so it's possible somebody will recognize the species at a glance.
