Any recommendations for an anchor for the outcast 1100? I just picked one up without an anchor and am in the federal Way area. Thinking 20 lbs???

Check Non Ferrous Metals in Seattle if Sportco does not have what you need. They might have it.

Go to your local sports outlet like Cabala's, Fred Meyer or Kmart.

I see your on line. Check out what is mentioned. It can't be that hard.

# 10 Can, mortar or concret mix, large eye bolt.

Cheap, easy, and if you lose-who cares!

I still have the Sanka can concrete anchor my grandpa made before I was born.

Yup
I use an old 4# free weight with a short length of chain thru it for a kayak anchor. Doesn't get hung up as easily as a grapnel. I liked a 15# tangle of chain wrapped around an old adz head for my mini-drifter.
On a similar note, I was going thru my "collection" of old nutz n boltz, and miscellaneous bits of scrap metal a few years ago, with an eye for "jetty fishing" weights when I was using bait. Lead was getting too expensive. I don't hike out on the jetty any more, though.
Whether using scrap metal, or concrete in a can, one can easily concoct a decent cheap anchor.
Put 2" of lead in the coffee can first, and concrete the rest of the way.

25 worked fine for mine, I have an extra 20-25 if you need- not sure where you are located- not sure where federal way is
10 pounds is probably all you need for that boat.
