I don't understand why you create a poll of 3 choices and then ask the open-ended question. That's quite a contrast. Of the 3, I'd probably pick Wyoming. Of the world, I'd choose Alaska or Patagonia. If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?
Good options as well. I was going to include Yuma, but that's way to obvious.I would fish Florida or Mexico
Because I haven't decided yet as I stated. If someone gave me a better option I might take it instead. Google "Soca River fishing". If the pictures don't answer that question I believe the presence of Marble trout and Grayling will. Why Slovenia? If you've already fished Montana, I'd say Wyoming.
You haven't shared a budget, what you're into, etc. makes it hard to pin a place down to share with youIf someone gave me a better option I might take it instead.
It's not about the fish. It's about experiencing something I'll only see once in a lifetime.Traveling across the globe to catch trout seems silly.
Head to Mongolia and target Taimen

I've heard that about Wyoming before. I've read all these articles about Oregon being a Sportsman's Paradise. I'm basically trying to find the most beautiful scenery. Think mountains and trees and things. The amount of fish I catch on this trip is not really a concern. It depends on what you want out of a vacation.
What kind of experience do you want?
If you want trout fishing I'd go with an option that is closer to home and spend more time for less money.
I wouldn't go to Oregon on a relative basis. Wyoming is very unfriendly to anglers.
If you are keen to travel internationally, and have the money and time, I recon it's a sin not to go. Wyoming will always be there, and will always be super affordable in relative terms. It's not about the fish. It's about experiencing something I'll only see once in a lifetime.
Do you want to go to one spot and learn it or do you want to experience lots of things in one region?I've heard that about Wyoming before.
